Most campaigns can be prepared and launched within approximately 10 to 14 business days. The exact timeline depends on the existing infrastructure, target market and information available during onboarding.

Cold email is normally the foundation of the outbound system. Depending on the client and campaign, this may also be supported by LinkedIn, founder positioning, content and other relevant commercial activity.

We do not make unrealistic promises based on factors outside our control. Before launching, we agree the strategy, target market, campaign activity and success measures. We then test, measure and improve the system using real market feedback.

The primary measures are qualified conversations, sales opportunities and pipeline created. Depending on the engagement, we may also track response quality, target-account engagement and commercial visibility.

We require your input during onboarding to understand your offer, buyers and previous sales activity. After that, we manage the day-to-day execution and provide clear updates on performance, feedback and next steps.

Done-for-you outbound is our core specialism. We can also support commercial positioning, founder visibility and campaign messaging where those areas directly affect the ability to create or convert pipeline.
